On 2 March 2026, Horizon announced an off-market takeover offer for all fully paid ordinary shares in Cue Resources that it does not already have a relevant interest in. A move that will provide a platform for Horizon’s broader diversification into Southeast Asia, and reinforce its core portfolio in New Zealand and the Amadeus Basin in Australia.
