Ivory Coast Exploration | Eni’s Baleine discovery showcases West Africa’s frontier potential

Eni’s stellar year in exploration continues with the deepwater Baleine discovery in Côte d’Ivoire (a.k.a. the Ivory Coast) – this looks to be the Italian Major’s biggest find so far. The company estimates 1.5-2 billion barrels of light oil-in-place and 1.8-2.4 tcf of gas.
